The trials and tribulations of Cesar’s life have taken him from the pinnacle of success to the depth’s of despair, but along the way he was afforded grace. Thus, he has experienced personal growth that has given him a passion for helping people.
Cesar is a native Californian where he went to school at UC Irvine and then on to the University of Pacific where he earned a doctor of pharmacy degree in 1987.
After years of working in pharmacy Cesar chose to move on to a more fulfilling and worthwhile career as a drug and alcohol counselor.
He went back to school at Saddleback College and earned a certification in alcohol and drug studies and is currently certified with CAADE as a CATC-V and CCAPP as LAADC-CA.
Cesar is truly humbled to be in a position where he can help impact the lives of those struggling with addiction.
